Custom
Rollform Products
offers the durability and dependability necessary for
all your Coil Handling Applications. All our Decoilers
are designed with heavy duty all steel welded construction,
heavy steel mandrel shoes and backing plates. The Mandrels
are supported on heavy duty Timken style radial thrust
bearing.
Our
reels offer a wide variety of feed and drive options
for non-powered and powered slack loop applications.
Other options include Hydraulic Expansion, Snubber or
Hold Down Arms, Coil Cars, Coil Upends and Dual Mandrel
Decoilers.
Note! All Reels can be individually customized to fit
your specific application. We offer variable speed drive
motors or hydraulic feed payoffs to match your payoff
or line speed requirements.
In
lieu of the standard loop arm payoff we offer a variety
of photo sense and sonic loop controls to fit your applications.
